Refund Policy
At T.T. CABO DEL ESTE LOS BARRILES B.C.S., we are committed to providing excellent service and a smooth experience for our customers. Please carefully review our refund policy below to understand how cancellations, refunds, and no-shows are handled.
1. Cancellations
Individual Reservations: Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is received less than 3 days before the service, the reservation will be considered non-refundable, except as provided below under “Refunds.”
2. Group Reservations
Definition: A group reservation is considered any booking for 15 or more passengers under the same itinerary or name.
Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, group cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service.
Late Group Cancellations: If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled service, the full cost of the reservation is non-refundable.
3. Refunds
No-Show Policy: Services paid in advance that are not claimed or canceled on time will be considered “No Shows” and will not be eligible for a refund due to the logistics and time incurred by our staff and vehicles.
Refund Processing:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 48–72 business hours after receiving a cancellation request and company approval.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Airport Desk Refunds: Refunds for services booked at the airport may be requested at the same location of purchase, subject to our refund policy terms.
Digital Ticket Refunds: Refunds for digital tickets will follow the same timeline as above, subject to verification and eligibility.
4. No Shows
A reservation is considered a No Show when a passenger fails to appear at the designated pick-up point within 60 minutes of the scheduled time or from the landing time of the flight, whichever applies.
In such cases, the service will be marked as completed, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Additional Information
Refunds are only processed by authorized personnel and are not transferable or negotiable.
Refunds will only cover the cost of the ticket or service purchased; no additional compensation will be provided.
In cases where the service could not be fulfilled due to company-related reasons (e.g., mechanical issues, driver no-show), refunds may be processed accordingly.
